This cat-only Veterinary Hospital located on West 66th Street is our second full-service medical facility, the other being the Symphony Vet Center on Amsterdam Avenue. Located in a contemporary condominium tower, the architectural vocabulary is similarly modern and clean drawing its warmth from the palette of materials: blonde masonite walls, patterned marble floors, exposed concrete, and tectum ceiling tiles. All of these, along with Ikea cabinetry, were chosen not only for their beauty and utility but as inexpensive substitutes for more costly finishes. The result is a hospital which is as efficient, functional, and hygienic as it is comfortable and pleasing to the eye. |
