Designed while with Larry Bogdanow, Associates (Architect of Record), the headquarters of FPG – the Freelance Photographers Guild (later acquired by Getty Images) – occupied 18,000 square feet overlooking Union Square. The space was conceived as a photo gallery organized along a passageway displaying images from the company collection. Custom furniture created from a variety of salvaged elements combined with photographic images mounted on walls of varying colors to capture this 2nd generation family-owned company’s historic lineage and photographic collection. |
